Responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting the company’s computing, network, and server infrastructure while performing tasks in alignment with company standards and security/compliance requirements.

Description of Primary Responsibilities
- Deploys, configures, and maintains employee computing devices.
- Provides hardware and software support to users.
- Provides hardware and software support on network systems.
- Provides server and infrastructure support.
- Provides maintenance support for the company websites and communication systems.
- Organizes own work effectively and prioritizes tasks based on operational needs.
- Works independently and collaboratively with others as part of a team.
- Adjusts work priorities in response to changing circumstances.
- Understands how work affects other employees and departments.
- Devises effective solutions based on general goals and objectives of the function.
- Possesses general work-related skills consistent with completion of a high school program, including written and verbal communication skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge.
- Possesses foundational understanding of network, server, and employee computing device operations and system designs.
- Demonstrates growing familiarity with company security and compliance standards.
- Assembles and upgrades employee computing devices, including memory, storage, and other hardware components.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots network hardware and connectivity issues.
- Monitors and maintains server performance, availability, backups, and critical services according to standards.
- Applies software updates, patches, and configuration changes across devices, network, and server systems.
Communications Skills:
- Effectively communicates complex and/or technical information to co-workers and others.
- Exercises tact and diplomacy in resolving mild conflicts or disagreements.
- Effectively communicates information in written (including electronic) correspondence.
- Effectively conveys technical information to non-technical audiences.
